Buck Creek Meats has been a family-run operation in Paducah, Texas since the 1930s, making it one of the longer-tenured direct-farm operations in the country. Every product is 100% Texas-sourced — grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb, pastured pork and chicken, and brown eggs, all raised on the same land the family has farmed for generations. Ordering is straightforward: customers can buy individual cuts, build a custom meat box, choose a regular or large custom box, or purchase quarter, half, or whole animal shares.

A monthly subscription meat box is also available for customers who want a regular supply. Orders ship frozen on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prevent warehouse delays. Shipping is free within Texas; a small fee applies for delivery elsewhere in the US.

The minimum order for shipment is $100. Buck Creek runs an affiliate program that pays a flat $25 for every referred customer who signs up for a custom meat box, with no minimum purchase required on the referral itself. New customers referred through an affiliate link receive 10% more meat in their first order.
